The first point of My Plan for our area, is to Finish Dualling The A1 from Morpeth to the Scottish Border.
We have campaigned for 7 years to get funding to dual the 40 miles of farm track ignored by elected politicians.
We've achieved a fantastic first commitment of £290m to dual 13 miles, put in 3 overtaking lanes and improve 5 junctions, but I won't stop until it's all dualled.
